Have you ever wanted to make perfect ganaches, or learn the science of tempering chocolates? Or just really want to have an opportunity to learn something new and delicious? Our half day workshops are an excellent introduction to chocolate making - covering basic techniques, and along the way tasting lots of chocolate, and making sumptuous truffles to take home.

Chocolate making workshops,
full day
With a full day (10am to 5pm) we have more time to make truffles, making your own ganaches, more time to learn about the chocolate making process and taste chocolates from around the world, and more time to get to grips with tempering. And making delicious truffles to take home with you.
